Mood-Loop presents a positive spiral as a contrast to the famous negative spiral. We want to celebrate the small successes and show that every day - represented as a loop in the game - can bring you a little bit further. Mood-Loop does not try to depict a specific mental illness, but wants to show small steps as a way to improve the way you feel. As in real life, a day must be planned in the game and one's own available resources must be assessed. Despite the planning, of course, something can always go wrong... We want to give you the opportunity to take it easy on yourself and thus acknowledge that not everything you set out to do can and must always be achieved. But the important thing is that every day becomes a little bit better by building up your resilience through self-care measures. The accessible game works with drag & drop.

Mood-Loop stellt als Kontrast zur berühmten Negativspirale eine Positivspirale dar. Wir wollen die kleinen Erfolge zelebrieren und damit aufzeigen, dass jeder Tag – eine Loop im Spiel – einen ein kleines Stückchen weiter bringen kann. Mood-Loop versucht nicht eine bestimmte mentale Erkrankung abzubilden, sondern kleine Schritte als Weg zur Verbesserung des Befindens darzustellen. Wie im echten Leben auch, muss im Spiel ein Tag geplant und die eigenen zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen eingeschätzt werden. Trotz der Planung kann natürlich immer etwas schief laufen... Wir wollen die Möglichkeit geben sich selbst zu schonen und damit anerkennen, dass nicht immer alles geschafft werden kann und muss, was man sich vornimmt. Wichtig ist aber, dass jeder Tag ein Stückchen besser wird, indem man durch Selfceare-Maßnahmen seine Resilienz aufbaut. Das zugängliche Spiel funktioniert mit Drag&Drop.
